The Nissan NX7 door panel project entered series production on 19 October 2026. The project uses RELANET R-5670 adhesive together with R-60C hardener. This adhesive and hardener combination passed all tests required by the project and completed validation before series production.
In door panel production, bonding performance immediately after joining affects the stability of subsequent processing. The high initial tack of R-5670 helps hold the materials in position during the early stages after bonding, providing stable conditions for the next operations. Used with R-60C hardener, the system supports the customer's production yield and finished-part reliability.
From product introduction and testing to series production, the Nissan NX7 door panel project completed its application assessment of this bonding system. Passing all required tests provided a basis for using the products in this project. Their performance will continue to be assessed under ongoing production conditions.
The Nissan NX7 door panel project adds a series-production application for RELANET's automotive interior adhesives and practical project experience with R-5670 and R-60C in door panel bonding. RELANET will continue to follow production requirements and provide product supply and technical support.
